Please read carefully...
I, the artist:
Have copyright and full rights over the artwork itself
Have full right to decline a commission prior to payment
Can post the piece to my socials UNLESS requested not to by the client. (i.e. NDA)
Can display the piece for self-advertising on various social media or porfoilio
You, the commissioner:
May repost, edit or modify the piece with PROPER credit (i.e. "Credit to @kaguyafae")
May use the artwork for any personal use (including printing for yourself)
Are NOT allowed to trace nor claim it as your own work
Are NOT allowed to sell merch/products using the piece unless Commercial Use is agreed upon
Are NOT allowed to edit
outmy signatureAre NOT allowed to use these pieces of artwork for NFT conversion
Are NOT allowed to use my artwork for AI training
Payment:
Payment will be ONLY through PayPal invoice!
Payment will only be requested once the sketch has been approved
Once an invoice has been sent, the payment must be submitted within 3 days. The commission will be terminated should the payment not be made by the date specified.
Payment is REQUIRED in FULL after approval of the initial sketch before the rendering process begins.
Two modifications can be made per stage (Sketch, Flats, Render). Additional modifications will procure extra fees
Refunds:
You strictly CANNOT ask for a refund once I begin to render after your approval
You will be paying for a digital product, which means you cannot chargeback claiming the product hasn't been shipped
In case of a cancellation, either a full refund or partial refund will be issued; partial refunds apply when I have completed 50% or more of the image
Full refunds will only be issued if I fail to deliver the artwork within 30 days or unless specified
